Srisha’s Naturals has partnered with Delhivery to bring your favorite soaps straight to your doorstep across India. Here’s what you need to know:
- Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Delhivery tracking number as soon as your package ships.

- Tracking Your Order
- Log in to your account or click the tracking link in your confirmation email.
- You can also track directly on the Delhivery website by entering your AWB number.
- Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions
- We currently ship only within India.
- Remote areas may experience longer transit times or higher charges; Delhivery will notify you if additional fees apply.
- In case of a failed delivery attempt, Delhivery will make up to two retries. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us; you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
- If Delhivery marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any secure delivery locations first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order and AWB number so we can initiate an investigation with Delhivery on your behalf.
